Online Orders

Online orders are only accepted through our online shop.
Payments by cards are not effected immediately upon placing an order due to stock factors. Should an ordered product would be temporarily out of stock, order will be placed on hold. Once in stock, delivery would be in process and this is the period where payment would be effected.
For payments done upon delivery by cash, the client is to see that he has the exact amount of money as shown on the invoice since the delivery man would not have petty cash.
All deliveries incure a Euro 4.00 delivery charge for non members, and free delivery for orders exceeding Euro 50.00 for members.
Online orders done on a pick-up-and-pay basis, the delivery charge will be automatically deducted from the invoice.
All products / quantities are to be checked upon delivery since no shortage claims would be accepted after delivery.

Membership

Clients have the option to become members by applying on line.

By becoming a member, the client will be the first to be informed by any special offer, also he will be entitled for any discounts offered to members only. He also will be free from delivery charges for orders exceeding Euro 50.

Warranty terms and conditions

Warranties offered by Vision 2000 are according to the warranty terms offered by our suppliers.
All packing, manuals, cables, drivers ecc are to be kept during the warranty period. Failing to do so, will invalidate the warranty of the product.
Consumables, print heads, remote controls, power supplies, cables - are not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover faults from mis-use, power surges or any act of God.
LCD / TFT monitors : are not covered by warranty for the first 5 pixels.
