Printer Cartridge Preperation : Vision 2000 refills your own printer cartridge, so it is very important to store your empty cartridge in a clean plastic bag. Should you have a protective clip given by us on a prior refilling you should secure it with the cartridge so as to protect the print head.
Malfunctioning Cartridges : Vision 2000 use premium quality ink, and service the cartridge prior to refilling, but it could be the case that a cartridge would still not work due to cartridge circuit faults. If this would be the case, the client will be entitled for a free refilling voucher on the condition that the faulty cartridges will be returned within 48 hours from delvery and a new set of cartridges would be bought.

Vision 2000 reserves the right not to refill any cartridge if it is found to be faulty.
Refilling of cartridges with print heads are covered by a money back guarantee if same cartridge is found to be clogged after refilling. This does not include faulty print heads. Clogged cartridges are to be returned to Vision 2000 with 48 hours from refilling together with invoice issued. 50% of the refilling value will be exchangable with a new cartridge, whilst the old cartridge will be retained by Vision 2000.
Vision 2000 will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur to printheads especially on Epson and Canon printers, since print heads are also considered as consumables.
